Go through the retailer first.

I bought the 10A UBEC from the USA site last week. They accidentally sent me a 10A X-Rotor ESC. I contacted them via email and had a response and a tracking number within the hour.

+1 for good service

I'm ordering the HobbyWing 100 V3 today and the programming box today... I think I'm ordering from Falconsekido.com.... Is Falcon pretty good? I've never owned a HW as I've been a Castle person for years, but after my last episode on my 380 with the Talon 90, I'm trying something else... I'm a little nervous about programming it and if the internal BEC is up tithe task of 7.4V on my KST 215-BK5005-Ikon setup.... A little stressed😣😣😣

Falcon is good. I've dealt with their people, on a Sunday! Extremely helpful in helping me decide which esc I need & explaining assume features I had questions on. I ended up getting the Platinum 100A V3. I recommend them.

Note: I am not affiliated with them. Just a typical, normal customer.

I ordered my 100a v3 (for 12s) and programming box from Falcon...service has been excellent! Emails with a few questions answered instantly.
Programming was super simple.
Only a few flights so far, but everything is working fine so far.

I am running the 50v3 on the same KST/BK/ikon configuration and it is flawless with the KDE motor. I am thinking about getting a 100 for my Goblin 500.

@Razor..... Do you run an external BEC in it, or do you just use the internal one?

hello guys....i bought the hobbywing pro platinum esc for my 2nd new 450L dominator.....first of all i had the problem that the cables didnt match so i had to change them with longer ones bigger holes ...anyway....3 days now i try to setup the governor and ends up it has problem the esc at the governors modes...both of them....! i do exactly all the procedures and what i noticed is that for examble...my normal mode is 40% flat ok? it starts ok.....but...for idle up......anything more than 55% makes the motor run at 100%...and yes i did the step to hold the throttle stick up..plug the battery and after the 2 beeps pull down the stick 100 times.....i end up to se that in every 1% i add to idle up is like i m adding like 10% or something..so at 55% my motor is like 100%.....i did the steps 100 times guys.....also i tried to low to pwm or something to the lowest and retried...nothing....! any ideas? or is it broken? before anyone answers....i tried to disable the governor at all and the motor was workin fine with a throttle curve like 0-25-50-75-100% totally smooth......so i guess the unit has problem right?

well I finally got all my stuff together on my goblin 380, and I have no power when I connect the esc. I use a 7.4 lipo to connect to my neo and it works fine. maybe I got a bad ESC too?
