I am running the scorpion 4035-560. It's a beast. I'd get that or the xnova. I am not familiar with that esc's ability so maybe someone else can chime in to say if either is an ok combo.

The kit motor is actually a super nice unit. I ran a Savox 5055-550 for a while, as I wanted a bit more power and higher kV. Indeed, the Savox runs cool and makes excellent power. For me, it was more motor than my Jive 80HV could take, if I fed it 14 pitch and 2450 rpm. If I dropped the speed a hair, or the pitch a hair, it was fine.
In the end, I didn't want to feed the Savox appetite for juice. The kit motor was a much better compromise.

4035-560 has more than enough power.
The stock motor is actually super nice too. My friend ran the 6HV stock motor in the TT E700 for a while, not a big power difference between it and the Nick Maxwell scorpion motor.

The Nick motor will fit in the 6hvu totally not needed but i'd like to try it once. The Compass 505kv is really a sweet motor and best value for money but the mentioned Scorpions, Xnova, etc will all work well.
The CC80hv is a great little fighter and will work with most of those options perfectly and is what I run.

I use X-NOVA 4030-560 2.5y motor on my 6HVU..
Lots of power, runs cool and this motor motor will stick out 5mm under the heli to get good cooling to the motor....I really like this motor and really woke up the heli with a 11T pinion on it... If your going to use the 80 esc,,I would run it in fived end points..Go to the edge 120HV if you wanting to run in gov mode |

I had a Savox 5055-505Kv in mine and it ran really hot without giving it a lot of power. I switched it out for a Compass 4025-540Kv (old 6HV motor) and it absolutely zings now! I'm pretty sure the extra Kv helps, but it's not blasting my batteries at the same time either. I fully admit I haven't gotten around to optimizing my system but it's finally starting to fly better than any of my other machines in the hangar.

Yea I just put the same old can back in. Only have the 10 tooth so I'm limited to 2150. Moves well. Waiting in the 11t, but yea it has good power without killing the batteries.
