I know. We need a new/current video and.I apologize for that. However, I can assure you its only gotten better!

Capacity set up to 21 flight stations, depending on pre entries.

RV spots are first come first served. Please call in advance to do so. Camping permitted at flightline, no charge. If you bring RV there is miniscule fee for tank fillup, and dumping for the weekend. We do allow RVs on the flightline. No power on flightline but plenty of Hondas and Ryobis. Fly as absolutely late as you want. I personally usually stay flying till 3-4 am. There will be light towers. We like to bring the party together at night, whether there is 1 or 3 flightlines, and have the fun amass at show center.

I will continue to put out the details as it evolves further, but it is turning out to be the biggest heli event we have had yet. No hype. Once your here, we'll see you yearly. If an interest presents itself golf carts can be arranged Id be 99% sure. If you have one bring it. There is a ton of simple stuff to do. If you bring a pit bike or such, they are not for anything other than pit travel, directly around event. Flight line is very IRCHA like. Entire property is many thousand acres and you will not be able to see it all on foot.

I know everyone will not be able to have aa golf cart or pit bike. I will have my Polaris there and will do my best to take people on tours of the entire property as I truly want everyone to be able to take in all that the historic beautiful property has to offer. Just come and find me and be understanding if everyone doesnt get to go. It seats 6 so we are already ahead of the game.

It is held just outside the City of Rockdale, Texas.

Several restaraunts, Walmart Super Center, Several hotels. Ill be looking up hotel info and rates for the dates and inform.

Please share this on whatever media outlets you can and lets #KeepRCHelisAlive. This venue has big potential and already a ton of work has been put in. Thanks for the support and I look forward to seeing you all soon!

All proceeds of the event, go directly towards the event expenses, or to the further improvement of the facility, we are working hard to bring electricity up the hill but the expense is obvious. So we continue to put forth out best efforts working towards our goal! We have already established/accomplished two absolutley smooth 1000+ foot rc runways, a 3300+ foot fullsize agricultural runway, and dug a 9000 cubic yard pond for the irrigation of the runways. It has all just taken dedication. We have been blessed witg a dedicated consistent crowd and it is just goimg to grow this year!

Registration is open on RCFlightdeck.com .

I was trying to post the 2015 video because it showed the property in its entirety pretty much but I guess the link got corrupted somehow.

There should be enough people with generators that you can borrow some power. If the weather is cool, I'll have both of my Honda 2000s available for charging most of the day.

Default Went to register...Amount due $625.00 ?!?

I went to the pilot registration link, and after entering some info, selected to pay $25.00. Site then said amount due would be $625.00!
So I cancelled registration for now. What happened? Does my $625.00 fee include a heli?
