Question MSR yaws and slides fast in one direction

hi,
Newbie here.
Bought this MSR used about 2 years ago, haven't played with it in awhile. Played with it couple days ago seemed fine, then crashed broke tail motor. Replaced tail motor assembly(E-Flight brand) and the fin.
Now it will yaw and slide left really quick or fast, as compared to going right. It will also wanna move in a big circle on its own sometimes.
I tried adjustments on the controller and no reaction.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check to see if the guide pin on the swashplate hasn't moved in its position between the guide post on the frame,

If you are referring to item in yellow, it sits as it shows it the pic. But I can move it up and down almost from bottom to top.(pin sitting in guide), don't know if that's normal?

It should only move a little bit. Are all your linkages hooked up? swashplate to flybar, flybar to blade grips?

Swashplate is known to separate. That is what that little red tool is for,

Did you put the rotor on backward or have the plug to the 5n1 in wrong?

I did not put it on backward, but possible I plugged it in wrong. Let me check and reverse it and see what happens.

One last thing that I can think of. Sometimes in a crash, the feathering shafts comes out of the blade grips. Check that. Also, can you upload a pic of it with the canopy off?

Try rebinding it. I see nothing out of order.

The broken body mount is your trouble. Mine did the same thing.
It must let the frame flex causing the fly away.

Are you referring to a canopy post. If so, that won't cause the problem. Worse case scenario is a crack 5n1 board or a bad FET. Everything looks normal in the pictures. One more thing, when you initialize the MSR, is it on a flat LEVEL surface and what radio are you using?
