Default New to 6 channel - seeking lessons

I have been flying 4 channel fixed pitch helicopters for a while now as a hobby and have been getting good at it. I decided to upgrade to a 6 channel collective pitch recently and find that flying it is completely different and very difficult.

The helicopter that I have is an Align 450 DFC Plus (flybarless) with a Futaba 6J. I am looking for someone in my area who is willing to give me a few lessons, I will of course pay for your time.

I live in Closter, NJ which is in Bergen County. If you, or anyone you know is interested in teaching, please message me.

Greetings welcome to CP and the rest of your life!

I would say first off get a Sim ! Nothing saves the $$ like a sim and builds your skill sets quicker.

CaptJack is an awesome person. GIve him a msg in the thread or PM him for info

In the mean time absolutely find a person or ten to fly with! Are there any clubs near you? That can be a great resource .

Happy flying!
