Default Painting stock canopies

I have a stock yellow canopy for my 700 and I want to paint it.
What type of sand paper will i need to use to sand it? What type of prep do i need to put on the canopy before actually painting it?

To wet sand you just run water over it while sanding right?

Yes, but I just dip the sand paper in water. Just make sure you keep it wet.

Take progress pics! Good Luck.

Don't try to remove the paint.

You sand it to rough up the surface to reciever the primer coat. For the primer you can use rattle can enamel.
