I bought a Lama 400d used off ebay. It was in perfect condition and I flew it for 2 batteries with no problem. I wasn't happy with the cyclic performance, the forward flight was very slow. I increased the extent adjustment (went all the way, then backed off a little). It was GREAT! Forward flight was brisk. Then I had a blade strike. Everything went downhill from there. It wasn't a bad wreck at all, about 5 feet over grass. The landing gear bent on one side. I brought it in to straighten up the landing gear. When I plugged the battery back in the thing took off full blast. Needless to say, it was a scary situation. It took no response from the controller. I finally cornered it and got it unplugged. I've tried everything, but no matter what I do, if I plug the battery in it runs wide open. I don't know how this could be related to the blade strike.
Does anyone have a recommendation on what I should do? Thanks, Guy |
