Default Reflex XTR and JR Radio

Hi there
can anyone help me I have just purchased my reflex simulator, my problem is that when I open the sim it says, calibrate centre position, so i put the sticks to centre and click ok, then it says, switch tranmitter on,

so i turn the transmitter on, and thats as far as I can get, i have a jr x378 I have it set to ppm mode.

the interface seems fine, as when i plug it into my transmitter it lights up, but the reflex program doesnt appear to be picking it up.

anyone have a solution, maybe Im forgeting something ???

On a JR radio you don't need to turn on the power switch on the Tx as this will stop the PPM signal from going to the trainer port. The Tx will automatically power-up when you plug the cable into the trainer port.

make sure you are using a mono jack plug, like the one in the pic. If you have the stereo (one with two black bands you have the wrong plug)
