Default Camera problems

Just got a 180 and the camera keeps shutting off. I charged it, power it up .It initializes, turns red then blue. After about ten seconds, it flashes red and blue then shuts down.I tried the master reset a few times without any results.Am I missing something or is the camera bad? I not really interested in investing on a new camera at this time, but thought I should get what I paid.Wanted to hear from you guys before I call Horizon.

Pushing the reset is about all you can do. Call HH. They will send you a new camera if they can't correct the problem. That's what I did when my camera malfunctioned. I received the new camera in a couple days. One more thing you might try is if you are using a computer USB port try charging it with a USB charger like is used for a cell phone. Not all computer USB ports are created equal.

Thanks for the input.Figured I was going that way.Never had a problem with Horizon tech staff, so should be the waiting time to talk to someone.

Yep .According to the tech at HH ,they have heard of this a few times. So their just sending me a new one.Guess it was bad out of the box and cheap enough to replace it rather then fix it.
