Radix blades apperance change

I'm looking at Radix 690mm blades for my Whiplash 90 FBL and noticed the 690 FBL has less white on the blade than a normal 690 SB.

The radix 690 V2 appears to have more white, is it for FBL?


Mavrikk's blades in 690's are mostly black.

Blades that are mostly black show up nearly invisible.

I have not tried Radix or Mavrikk blades before (currently have NHP 680C with yellow bands) and visibility is important to me.

Can anyone shine some light on this issue?

All radix blades are fine for FBL.

There are Radix standards, Radix FBL, and Radix V2

You do not have radix standards pictured, simply look for radix standards if you are seeking thier color desgin. :-)

On the V2's, they went back to the old paint scheme with more white. They listened to their customers who said they need more white on the blades for visibility.

The v2's are the best blades i have ever flown and this is trying them all.

Just ordered a set for my new Whiplash 90 Nitro FBL. They just re-stocked them yesterday
