OK, I've got 5 dozen shirts at the screen printers and I should have them in hand Wednesday or Thursday. I dropped in a dozen mediums for you "diminutive" folks.

I *think* cost is going to be about $12.50/shirt but whatever the cost is will be what they sell for. The last minute ordering kinda killed any hope of getting the costs down. At least I'm not being charged setup fees.

[edit] Shirts will probably be $15 due to the printing/shipping charges.

As of right now, we don't anticipate any issues with RVs overnight. Again, RVs can start arriving AFTER 5pm on Friday evening. We will not open the gate until then. Be aware the road to the field is dirt and has some rough spots but you should have no trouble getting in.

Right now we're expecting 4-5 RVs/trailers and we can probably handle around 8 to 10 without impacting parking too much.

Shirts sound perfect. Thanks for setting those up.

What time can we arrive Saturday morning?

I'm out on the trailer idea. Couldn't acquire a sufficient tow vehicle to get over the hill, so I'm going to crash out at a friend's house.

I'll probably be out on Friday afternoon to stake out a spot and/or set up the canopies. I'm assuming it's ok that we can leave them there overnight? I might take a utility trailer with me so I can lock up all my stuff. Would it be ok if that stays on-site if I'm not there?

Yeah, bring a Sharpie and I'll take care of that.

Yeah, no worries. Just make sure you lock it before you take off for the evening. I think friday afternoon will be ok, but I wouldn't put up any canopies overnight. You never know what the wind might do.

Ive been working with my company to be there.. either they give it to me, or I call in sick on Saturday.... The real issue is who has that goddamn on-call phone.

Daniel, we'll be ready to rock by 0700. When you arrive, call the number on the gate if there's nobody there.

Sweet. I should be there early. Just gotta figure out where to go so my friends (cough Corey) don't show up later and tell me to move.

It's weird. I have MASSIVE gitters too flying in front of new people and at new locations. I need a few flights to calm my nerves.

No worries on the trailer. I'm pulling a 26' Toy Hauler behind a 22' long F350.

No pre-registration. We're doing it all on site. Make sure you have your current AMA with you.

I'd get new friends.

I think we can manage that.

EVERYONE is welcome. Last year I think we had like 6 mCPXs in the air at the same time. Nobody's gonna laugh at you if you bust out some hardcore hovering. EVERYONE started there...

I got bit by the mCPX bug....I'm totally addicted. I wanna do a bert/bobby style 2 or three way flyoff with mcpx's.

I seriously think anybody that tells you they DIDN'T fly a 450 at one time in their heli journey is lying. We've all flown them at one time. They are a great platform.

Correy,

Same here-you better hang out with us, young man!

By the way, I am still using those Trex 600E parts I got from you at least two years ago. They came in very, very handy!

You are bringing your 6HV, right?

Skiddz,

Is your 6HV going to be ready?
