Default YGE 120lv won't arm/setting endpoints

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I can't seem to get the endpoints set in this this thing, also can't get it to arm! I have the red wires on both leads disconnected bc I'm using a RX pack for power so I'm using a little 1 cell pack to power the prog card! Any help would be appreciated!

Yes I finally got the settings to save on the prog card but I still can't figure out the endpoints, and it's not armed bc the motor doesn't work! I'm using an Ikon/brain with satellite rx

Sorry I don't know how to setup Icon. I was thinking if it was a spectrum you may have fallen in the throttle hold trap. Maybe someone with Icon can chime in.

Have you watched this clip closely? This may help you?

Ok wow, I figured it out finally! The whole problem was that someone one here told me that the lead with the ferret ring was the slave cable but in fact it's the main throttle lead

Ok I finally got everything programmed, got the endpoints set and gov store set but it seems like the motor is struggling to get started, the first thing I thought of was a tight motor belt so I loosened it a tiny bit but it still does the same thing! Any thoughts?

Good so far...

Set your motor timing to 18 degrees. At a guess it's an outgunned motor.

Set it to heli middle start up speed, set your PWM to say 12 and most importantly set your start up power to a high value like 8 or even 16. These values are just together your motor spinning. You can experiment with final values later.

BTW what motor you running?

Also double check that the three connectors between ESC and motor are good (clean connectors, check for dry solder joint or loose fitting bullet).

If the motor doesn't start immediately it's critical that you shut down instantly and don't try to 'force it' with repeated start attempts or by applying more throttle. You can burn up the motor very quickly that way.

It's a scorpion 4025-1100kv, I've triple checked all the settings and they're where they should be!
Timing-18°
Pwm-10khz but I've tried 8 and 12
Heli middle for start up speed, also tried Heli slow
Auto on start power, tried 4%, and 6% but it just jerked real hard but still did the same kinda bog

We're you able to set the end points like at the 6.5 min mark in the video?

Try gov off. Just use the 1-100 throttle curve. Does that work?

Also make sure you have zero trim and sub trim on your throttle channel.

So I tried every setting there was to try and couldn't get rid of the bog right when the motor started so I switched to the Brain governor and tadaaaa, the bog is gone and I can already tell it's also smoother! I've only used castle ESC's until now and never had any issues with programming or performance so I gotta say it's left a bad taste in my mouth!
