Default microbeast and reicever power problem

hi...
i want to connect my Futaba FP-R118F to my servos JR-ES519 3Kg
some peaple say that i must connect power to servos from outside the reciever so i don't burn it duo to current... they say servos may need high current that reicever can't withstand it...is that correct
i have the same problem also in conneting it to microbeast Gyro...
help me please
