RC Aerodyne MD500E with Trex 450 Pro

Hello all,
I completed my build of the MD500E using a Trex 450 pro and did some modifications to the installation along the way. Here are some photos of what I did. First, I wasn't content with mounting the mechanics with just 2 screws in the center so I made some aluminum brackets that are attached with the 4 screws at the corners of the frame. Second, I had read some complaints of body resonance so I decided to use some FBL mounting rubber to isolate the mechanics from the body. Third, I didn't want to mess with longer screws and standoffs to attach the tail fin so I modified the fin to fit with the stock screws. Fourth, I had problems with interference of the tail control rod with the inside of the fuse so I used Sullivan Gold n rod for tail control. Fifth, I cut a piece of plexi to fit the stock battery mount and then used Velcro, zip ties, and a Velcro strap to attach the plexi. This gets the battery far enough forward for good CG. I did the maiden flight yesterday and everything worked fine. I hope this gives some ideas to people who are attacking the same project.
