Default Tarot 450 pro dfc bobbling.

Just finished building my new bird and I love it what a big difference compared to the sport. Today for the first time was able to pull off a back flip and side roll but noticed that this thing just bobbles all over the place. Current setting in the vbar are as follows:
Paddle sim 0
Style 40
Agility 120
Main rotor gain 30
Expo 15%
Optimizer: elevator 74, aileron 74
It just started this just the other day but have noticed theres a clicking sound coming from the head is this related to my issue? Anybody experience this?

Clicking could be bearings, new build though so that might not be it. Have you looked at the tt gears? Is there up and down play in the main shaft or side to side in the feathering? Do you have a metal anti rotation bracket, ive heard mine click a time or two cuz the rear swash pin is a little close in my metal ar bracket.

Everything is tighy and looks good its deffently rotational. I can spin the main head with blades and it makes that click noise. That tail and TT gears feel good nothing stripped or play. I can put a finger on the head button while its spinning and can feel that click.
The silver arm feels like there's play I can take my first finger and put light pressure on it, and it moves, its like the threads aren't tight. If I can't figure this out I have the align dfc upgrade head I hopefully can put on

Check your tt, see if its rubbing and I'm leaning towards one of the gears might be chipped skipping or missing a tooth.

Looking at your pic again I also see your dfc arms are showing a decent amount of threads, I'm not sure how far those go and I'm sure since you've flown it already that its fine but ive liked to keep mine as much little showing as possible

One last thing, the ball spot where they face 90 is the one you want them to be on, theres less of a pring force on those. That's why they are turned like that

OK cool I'll try that, the arms were on the 90 ball before the pic but I moved them to see if clicking stopped but it didn't

Could loose radius arms cause bobbling?

Looking at the first picture you posted, there is an obvious gap between the bolt head and the orange/gold pitch control arm where it attaches to the DFC link. That would definitely click as the head moves and rotates. Either you're missing a washer there, or the bolt is too long. Yes, that might cause it to bobble in the air.

No not really I have it that low because of the wobbling, usually the main rotor gain is around 50 to 60. The tail gain is at 50. Keep the helping coming, I got off at 6 this morning and spent 5 hours going through this thing and while I was at it I double checked the setup mechanically and software.

So no luck tried head speeds starting to think maybe cyclic servo issues it hovers fine with no gain as soon you cyclic input it starts to wobble

How tight are your blade grips? How high is your head speed? Is it a forward and aft bobble or side to side? Did you tighten up those dfc links and move thwm back to the 90 degree holes?

Balls was moved back to 90 in the swash, the dfc links are tightened up, 0 degrees @ mid stick the blades are just tight enough where I can tilt the heli on its side and the blades stay in the flight position but if I jurk it a little they fall about 10 degrees
