Fellow Helifreakers. I'm attempting to compile information for the people who got scammed by AndrewAZ. Please work through paypal and local authorities to get resolution.

At this point, your immediate goal is recover your money which you will via Paypal. Paypal protects consumers is a big way. Just be patient and leverage this information if it will help you.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #1 - gmoneyhobbit
$875 Trex 550e bnf. Goods payment via Paypal. Said he was out of town at first then was too busy to ship. Provided a false USPS tracking number.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #2 - rcflier1
$110 for 3GX. Goods payment via Paypal on 11/23. Provided a false USPS tracking number.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #3 - fcveras
$210 for 2 lipo 6s hyperion 4200 packs + align 700mx motor. Goods payment via Paypal on 11/29.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #4 - jack2010
$145 for T700 servos. Goods payment via Paypal on 11/22 Said he sent them on 12/1.
$135 for LIPO Pack. Goods payment via Paypal on 12/3.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #5 - gerryritter
$150 for CC 120HV ICE2 ESC. Goods payment via Paypal

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #6 - jhunter
$490 for 5 65C Lipos. Good payments via Paypal on Nov 25th ($220), Nov 28th ($220), Nov 28th ($50)

$320 for DX8. Goods payment via Paypal on 11/23.

Victim #8 - name withheld
TREX 550. Goods payment via Paypal.

REFUNDED BY PAYPAL. Victim #9 - CZYNOT
$280 for 4 hyperion batteries (2 new and 2 used) 6S 4200 batteries. Goods payment on Dec 3,2011.

Will James from Helifreaks forwarded a message from AndrewAZ. The message from Andrew requested that Helifreaker's stop contacting this friends and family. A threat of a libel slander lawsuit accompanied Andrew's disappointment that he was being mis-represented in the thread. Here's the link. Look for a post from Will James.

Great news. CYZNOT just got refunded by paypal. So 7 out of 9 victims refunded by Paypal. Wondering how victims #7 and #8 are progressing with Paypal.

Just a reminder to that filing an online complaint to the Arizona state attorney general will hopefully help others from getting scammed in the future. Here's the link.
