Default DX6i binding issue

I really like my DX6i, But i have this problem with it that really bothers me. I think something is wrong with the bind function on it. It binds to my micros with no problem. But when it comes to my AR7200BX. I have to try 3 or 4 times before it connects/binds with it. My DX6i has DSMX, It sais it is not apart of a recall. But i think i should send it in just incase.

You may very well have an actual issue but under some circumstances DSMX can be a bit stubborn to bind or connect.Try moving the Tx farther away from the Rx when binding. You might try just moving to a different location. If you are near RF reflective surfaces like a metal workbench or have RF reflective objects nearby it can make the system stuibborn to bind or connect.Moving farther away is usually a big help.10-12 ft seems to work best for me.You can also try changing orientation by turning the model a bit also.
