Can sommebody of you V450D01 flyboys explane to me how to do the mechanical setup.

The manual is very confusing do you have to put the throttle stick in the middle when you do the mecanical setup and put everything horizontal.

Its not mentiond in the manual.

Had my V450 for at least a few months. I need to know if there are any really reliable dealers out there for V450D01 parts. The one I am using now has sent me two defective parts on separate occasions and they were not damaged in transit. I'd rather not give the name. Here's a short clip of my V450.

Right now the heli is working fine but I like to keep stocked up on parts.

Can one of you V450 owners help me out, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my motor back into my v450 .I cannot figure out where to run the wires to get the mounting bolts in the right place. A close up picture or pictures would be great or any help would be greatly appreciated,

I will get some pics for you in the morning when I have some natural night. Just have to make sure to get the pics BEFORE the morning flights!

Un plug the motor and after you bind your transmitter go to Flight 1 mode so you have a normal pitch curve (0,25,50,75 and 100) when you do the servo throws.

Motor unplugged and switch to flight mode 1. You want a normal pitch curve when doing your setup.

Default Can one of you V450 owners help me out,

Apphoard,

Here are the pics I promised. You can see from the overhead shot how you enter the enlarged holes and then slide the motor back into position with the leads exiting top right. Hope this helps.
I just did a belt replacement and I can understand your frustration with the lack of exploded diagrams for this bird. Hopefully Walkerea will get some diagrams and replacement procedures out soon.

Yes and no. Colors don't matter. What matters is you can reverse rotation by swapping any TWO leads.

By the leads you mean the red and black? So I want red to redblack to black and yellow to blue, and she will turn in the right direction. Clockwise right? Belive it or not I did write this down, But Wow took like a month to get the parts back to me. And I lost it !

The point is you can hook them together anyway you want. If she goes backwards (CCW) just swap any 2 pairs of leads. Swap all three and rotation stays the same. Its the same for three phase AC motors too.

On mine someone decided they liked the black together.

MTR ESC If you think about the above rules, I can never have both the reds and blacks together.

BK======BL......Same rotation because I swapped all three pairs, Will run this way too.

Thanks alot for your help ADK . I am going to maybe try and hover it this week for the first time I think.
I am not in any hurry to wreck it. I know I need alot more practice on Phoenix until I think of considering forward flight or what I might call forward flight . This is my first real heli . thanks again .

I have not tried to switch them around, but mine came from wow hobbies like this:
Esc red to black mtr
Esc blue to yellow mtr
Esc black to red mtr
I was a little nervous to fly this one also, just scared to crash. But she flys like a dream and is a huge confidence booster. I admit I do not have a sim at this moment (hands on kinda guy), I just jumped right in. So far it seems to be working out for ME. When a crash does happen the worst part is waiting for delivery. Is fairly inexpensive and easy to fix. Don't let your nerves build up, go fly! I hope everyone is having as much fun as I am with this heli.
Good luck
