Default Stretch guys: 350 vs 360

I'm running 350mm mains right now, with 62mm tails. I was thinking about trying 360s next, but I'm worried about clearance. Anyone running 360s with bigger tails?

Picture isn't looking promising.

what size tail blades are you using ?

I am running RJX 360's with Edge 60SE with no problems in over a hundred flights, but it is cutting it pretty close, those extra 2mm may be too much.

Well if they hit...those two mm will get cleared up pretty quick haha. Im thinking I might be able to buy a little more room by going back to to stock tensioner, and running the minimum number of teeth up front. Then the tail will move back a bit

Yes those are the tail blades I am running. I just looked at it and you guys are right - it is cutting it super close. I have never had an issue with tails and mains clashing though and I've been running this setup for almost a year

I've been using the lynx tensionner for 20 flights or so, still no issues, I need it anyway else the belt tends to slip on the pinion with the torque from the scorpion 2520-1360kv.

I am running the minimum number of teeth up front though, to have the tail moved back as much as possible.

I find the Lynx tensioner a bit "bigger" than the stock one. I used to be around the middle of the adjustment front and back. Now I move the motor about 1mm, and the tail is still around the middle.

was using the rjx 363mm blades with 65mm tail blades with the high rotor head, the blades overlap but there were no issues even on low rpm 2500HS

I use 61mm kbbd tails and rjx vector 360s on the low head with no issues at any head speed, 2300-3200.
