Very nice looking. My vote would be for kbdd. Orange paddles. Get some Orange or black gorilla landing gear.

Here's my 450 Sport along side a Blade Tandem Rescue. I took these pics for an MCXT review and used the 450 for a size reference but as it made for some interesting 450 pics, I thought I would post them. The 450 is sitting on top of one of my favorite toys.

Good eyes! It is an M6. I love the 335 and also have a 135i with a Dinan Stage 2 package. If you haven't modded your 335i yet, check it out as it is an unbelievable upgrade in power and not too expensive.

I take a good old Chevy truck on flying excursions as I guarantee that if it is even remotely possibly to hit my car, with my luck I will.

Ah! i went for orange KBDD paddles and definitely dont regret. They look even better in flight seeing the orange ring where the black portion of the rotor blades disappear as they rotate.

You will love the JB3. I am anxiously awaiting the 1 Series M Coupe...to get all the M trimmings in a 1 and still being able to monkey with the software will be awesome.

Your orange paddles look great with your canopy!

Anyone know if the Pro skids are the same length apart as the the sport? If so you should get some of the orange gorilla gear skids Intact, and the orange fusuno fins.

Hiya guys,
New to Hobby,...haha, so new I can't even fly my new bird yet! Tried to get away with a CopterX 'til I saved enough for an Align. Never worked out for me on the CopterX,...finally got this (Trex 450S GF) off of Ebay for $159.00 New in Box,w/motor & esc. Replaced the plastic parts with the CopterX aluminum parts (when I save up enough I will get Align aluminum) and painted a canopy I got. I love the Henseleit helis and decided to get sorta that look and got a set of HDX landing skids, a little work with the Dremel and they fit real nice! After all my trials and tribulations with the CopterX it was amazing to see the Trex take off on the first try...unfortuantly I was so ...shocked?.... that I didn't compensate for the left hand drift it had, (musta done something wrong in my setup)....(totally forgot to even use my right stick....) that I freaked out and just landed it, ..too hard... had a boom strike as you call it, did find out the carbon blades I have apparently can take more damage than the wooden ones that I constantly broke on the CopteX, absolutely no dmg at all on them, not even a nick!
Anyway, here is mine after repair and waiting for a second chance.

Yey pics! Great pics Blue38! I skipped the knock-offs when getting a new helicopter cause i've already been through wasting waay too much money from cheaper but lower quality parts !

Hey lazor 22, I honestly thought the orange fins were too orange, but im gonna put safety orange decal on half of my CF fin tho! I cant find the orange gorilla gear instock locally yet but i put on my spare black skids just cause i had nothing to fix.... love this thing.

We need new Trex porn guys! Post new pics!

I'll take my wiring redemption pics soon lol. Did you buy the orange fins? They are day glow orange. You can ask helidirect to take a photo of the orange fins next to your canopy, they will do it for you. I have the yellow ones with my yellow canopy "window" and yellow tail blades, looks great and VERY visable. I hate black fins, I have to have bright fins, I like being able to see the tail when the heli is far away.

WOW! Nice lookin' bird! GRATZ!!!
When I can really fly I will buy Bling for mine prolly, but unless it really helps in the stability of the heli I am just gonna go with regular parts for now, cuz all I would is break 'em at the present time....sigh...

Hiya Fast!
Hey, you're famous! I've read your posts b4 I even got a heli! About a year ago (or a lil' longer..) I ran across a Danny (or his bro) Szabo vid. and prolly like a lot of ppl I Wanted to do that. So..I started reading all I could on the Forums and I remember your name...Truth be told you are practically the main reason I got the B400 a few months ago...but broke everything on it just about, kept the DX6i and receiver. Then went the way alot of ppl apparently do and got the clones, Got 3 CopterXs', the Black Angel, the SE and SA versions, didn't seem to turn out good and then saw the Align 450S GF on Ebay for $160.00 and got it. Replaced the black plastic on the Align with the CopterX CNC and I love the Henseleit helis so got a HDX? landing skid set and with the handy dandy Dremel got it to fit nice. Painted a canomod canopy for it. lmao, I can tear down and build back up a 450 clone or trex down to the last screw so easy now,(actually, i guess that is a good thing)... all I do is crash constantly... sad crappy story no one wants to hear so...anyway that is why if mine looks blinged.
But thankyou for commenting! that's cool.

P.S. Going to put the black plastic Align tail rotor assembly back on, just broke the Blue CNC CopterX blade holder. One just snapped right off at the hub...and today was my best at attempting to hover too! Drat!

im famous?
i hope its for a good reason, not because i make parts pushers mad?
to bad about the blade400 though, im sure it would have taught you alot if it had staid together long enough.
if you can fly the blade400, you can fly anything. i hope it did`nt leave a bad taste in your mouth? its actually a decent heli.
if you are looking for some good cnc parts that are align but cheaper, check out the tarot brand heli parts. i run the tarot brand and have found them to be very decent quality.
i either get the tarot parts from www.miracle-mart.com or off ebay from gogo.rc.
the tarot touch bearing main bearing blocks are amazing, cant ask for a better main shaft bearing block. these are a thrust bearing style setup, very smooth and well worth the 8 bucks a set.

with all the money you have spent on heli`s, maybe you should look into the FMA co-pilot2. it seems popular and helps keep the heli up-right when you have a dumb thumb moment.

Hiya fast,
Nah, ya did good, The B400 was nice, I just can't fly, can build, can repair, can crash...up til now there is no one around here to help me out, I prolly got a 'lil somethin' wrong in the set-up, but i dunno what, never had any use in electronics and such til now, I mean I am so newb at this I squeek. Finless is awesome but most of it is still over my head...
All I need is a real live person to show me what's up and then it will all be fine. I just found out today that this Forum has a locator for members, gonna use it to see if I can find someone close by to bribe into givin' me a hand, lol. IF I can, then hey, all my probs are solved...
Thanks for the info Fast, appreciate it!!

Holy Cow!! I didn't know there was something like that out there (FMA Co-pilot)..omg, all this time...**CRYIN'**...oh well,.... that is totally awesome!!
