Default main gear problem

its my 6 flight with my 7hv

till now i was flying with zippy 5000 30C

last week i but 2 battery TP 65C 5000MAH

today i used then first time

after less then 1 min of flying the main gear fail in hard manuver

nothing happend to heli ,by luck

i'm running 700MX 510KV 15T revco and 2100 on governor

the mashing was good

i dont know if the crack come after or cause this

i was looking on the upgrade of the main gear , but max pinion is 14 ( dose helical main gear upgrade made by aluminume ? )

is this happend to anyone ?

OMG!
To high Gov gain mixed with imperfect gear mesh I'd think.
The Helical 14t will equal your 15t straight. H gear is 127tooth where S gear is 136.

I don't know what to make of that. Wonder if the pinion came loose on the motor? Or motor mount loose? I've only had a single tooth break out when I get the mesh too tight. But when I fly by, I can hear a tick noise giving it away. This looks like it ran like that for a time.

how many tooth is the orginal main gear
and how many is the helical - and if u know what is made of
