DXi6 set up

I just purchased a blade 400 and would like to know what the set up is for th dx6i. I'm not into the 3d flying. just want to fly sport. any help would be really appreciated.

Also check out John Salt's e-book on Setup for the Blade 400/Trex 450. He has a great "trainer" setup and sport set up that seems to work really well.
