Even if it's been a crash it can be rebuilt, not a big deal.

Spool it up with less parts on it to check. Pull the head off and see if the vibes still there.

You could start with just the motor in there, check for vibes.

Add the main gear and main shaft. Check for vibes.

Keep building it and eventually you will narrow it down to the bad components.

Thanks so much for everyone's help. I thought that was an awful a lot of vibration but I wasn't sure this is really my first true helicopter other than the 200srx I have but it came as a rtf.
