Question on using CC160HV and iKon

I am using Castle 160HV as the ESC and iKon as the governor and have the following two questions.

1) In the Castle ESC, do I still need to calibrate the high and low end point of the throttle stick since I am using iKon as the governor?

2) In the iKon, what value should I set for the throttle min and max under the advanced governor mode menu?
