Default Searching for custom canopy

Hey guys,

I'd like to know if there's any nice custom canopy for the SR. I've google it a bit and there's the MIA and these http://helidirect.com/blade-sr-c-1_421_1621_1626.hdx.
But 23$ I find it a bit expensive + the shipping since I'm from Canada.

Thanks in advance.

A buddy of mine on another RC website did a custom canopy, using the plastic from a canopy package, I dont know about the Sr packaging for canopies, but this one came with molded plastic around the new one, he cut it out, painted it and glued it together to form a complete new custom canopy....It turned out pretty cool....

The SR canopy comes loose in a bag, doesn't have the hard plastic clamshell like the 120SR canopy does.

I'm in Canada too, not a lot of options to be honest, I researched it to death. I just bought one from the LHS and then painted it.l I wanted straight black so it was easy with some plastic spray paint. If your wanting a more custom job I would buy a new canopy and find someone who can airbursh....

There's ESKY, see Riprom's post: https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...262176&page=11

Or wait for the 300x canopy to become available....

I was looking for that one as well, but couldn't find one in Canada. If you make out well let me know where you got it, if you don't mind

Thank you. Just paint the canopy with lime metalic green tamiya plastic paint and use trimming tape to shoot the black and silver line. And i shoot the inside with metalic silver to give a nice look in the windshield. For the blade sr sticker i printed it with my computer
