Check the battery wires at both ends, I have seen posts where the wires were only hanging on by a few threads.

Have you checked for hair or other things that could bind it up? Dirty bearings? Bad main gear?

A bad motor will draw excess current and set off LVC early.

I had the exact problem described here and it was a bad main motor. Check if your main motor is getting hot while running.

I found some replacement motors for $6.99. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI...m=290661401553. Received them, but haven't tried them yet.
