It's a plastic friggin' propeller. Shoot, It wouldn't surprise me if the competition's propellers are made in the same Chinese factory.
Fair enough. Here ya go

i want the polymer formula and the exact specs so that I can produce them on my 3d printer and make millions!!! just kidding. it has been thoroughly tested though i am guessing.
Should i stop flying until i get the new props or just fly in safe mode? Do the new props weigh the same? will they affect performance in any way?
Thanks,

You're asking too much man. That would require at least an 8th grade sentence structure to answer adequately.

Just download the PDFfile if you haven't already, fill out the form and click submit, it should bring up your email program and send it that way.

Do you actually own a 350QX or are you just making a hobby of complaining about them?

My complaints surround the QA of all HH products of which I have owned many. Of those, most of them have had these kinds of quality issues in one form or another. In every case the company has been slow to own up it to and tend to blame the customer until they absolutely have to address it. You many think they've acted quickly here, but what I see is a problem they attempted to deflect until they couldn't any longer. Certainly this was a problem they must have seen in the months of testing before it was released and went ahead with it anyways.

I've spent plenty of money with this company, so I have just as much right to ask these questions as you. I was considering buying a 350QX and am now attempting to ascertain whether this fix is going to resolve the issue or if it is a stopgap to appease the masses. If you don't like it, I don't care. I'll say whatever I please. You do the same... You're not going to get any bonus points for being the politeness police.

You're not asking questions you're whining so please don't pretend otherwise. We know you don't care. All you seem to care about is crying. Carry on with your tantrums.

To many of us this is a non issue..The only problem I have had with the props was due to my own error...I did a dumb thumb and destroyed my props ,when I put the new props on I over tightened them causing failure..In my opinion this is an incredible machine that performs well beyond my expectations and HH has been very supportive...

This is crazy! Haven't crashed and bolts were hand tight I did not apply thread loc man I thought I was one of the lucky ones. This is wide spread for sure. thank god I go over these props with a flashlight first pic are cracks on the right of hub. Second is showing no damage to prop! From a crash or any other mis use. Can't wait for these B blades!

Perhaps Horizon will start to catch on that their customers are interested in quality. Both in their products and communication style.

I'm voicing how I truly feel based on years of experience with their products and customer support, so I don't care if your perception is that I'm obnoxious nor whether you take my advice or not. No offense, but you can also .

Try being productive and we might take you seriously. All you've done is whine and be sarcastic. I know, you don't care what we think... but you sure keep on posting.

Hey at least I got a halfway decent answer. All you got with your "productive" approach was cryptic nonsense.
