Here is a pic with some reflective safety tape I used to make the stripe and the fins red. You can kind of see the reflective quality in the pics. I used to have flourescent safety orange paint on the canopy and fins....but that stuff was chipping off...I'm not a pro at painting!!

Its all red in real life...it just looks pink in the picture from the reflection....this is what it looks like in regular lighting.

I wish she had one!! Even she wouldn't get a pink one. But she is very supportive and even bought me my first heli. I give her credit for keeping the heli up for about 10 seconds on the sim....better than this other friend of mine...maybe 2 seconds!!

I wish mine would even touch the sim. All she likes is shopping. At least she'll go to the LHS with me for a little while, it's still considered shopping!

Hey at least for me it is! I'm in Miami, and my only good LHS is in Fort Lauderdale, about 45 min away, so she likes it cause it's a road trip, out for lunch, different stores and malls than our usual ones, etc. Good thing it's far, too, cause I'd be one broke dude.

It is nice. I finally did get the tail to hold, although not very well - it still bumps with pitch pumps and so on, but it works ok in sideways and backwards flight. Piro rate is a little slow, but I'm still using the 420 servo. I will put the DS290G on it when I have some time.

well my wife thinks its a little toy that little kids should have and not adults so its hard to do it at all. but i just tell her that what ever i spend on hobbies she can spend on what ever she wants. so far she got a new bmw, and bunches of clothes. i like the car too so thats good and the clothes....... well she looks good lol but i just found out yesterday for sure that she is pregnet so now i get to buy a nother heli yea! .... oh yea... im going to be a dad. yea! so i told her now i need to get a third heli so i can teach the little one. he or she will be flying at 3 lol.

Congratulations on the news!! Kids definately learn this stuff better than the adult counterparts! Maybe the baby will learn to fly from a high chair....picture that!
