Default Simplicity at it's best,Fun,Family and Friends

As I was taking my Pantera apart for shipping, I started remembering how much fun it was and how it was so simple to build and maintain. This truly is one of the best heli's a beginner could ever hope to start out with. With the 1 rod linkages,no gear meshes to set, adaptability(say what you want,plastic/fantastic sure was nice for modding) tank like construction and with the standardization you could just about take any other heli's head and tail parts and put them on. When the gasser thing started most of the other platforms had to have new side frames made to be able to mount a gas engine. The Pantera didn't need it,hell, some guys just stretched the bottom open a little bit, removed the least amount of plastic for a fit and called it good. It took almost nothing for parts to make the electric conversion. It just keeps proving itself to be an extremely versital and robust machine.
One of the neat things that comes with this machine is the built in family and friends. Got a problem, need encouragement, parts, advice opinion or experience on whats new? Most of it's all here, in this forum, from some very knowledgable fellows, who are very willing to help.

Gus,Timmy, I know I acted like an A$$,I'm sorry. All aside of what else happended at IRCHA, I was wrong. JB,Ed,Hillbilly,Scott,Steve and the rest of the guys, I wish you the best in the upcoming year, it's been FUN.

Take care,
Tom

I don't know what to say. Tom, you certainly added life to the IRCHA events and you will be truly missed. I hope we cross paths in the future. All the best to you.
