I have purchased an X5 heli and sent the payment via Paypal.

The seller has mentioned that he will get it shipped by 12/1 or 12/2. The seller has gone dark after my payment and has not responded to any of my PMs or email to his Paypal email address. Do I give him a few more days to respond or file a dispute?

My knee-jerk reaction is to start the process. Then again, life has been known to throw a wrench into these transactions now and again. Maybe a few more days and then hammer him, I have some friends in wa. Will be watching, good luck.

Going dark after a payment is sent is very uncool, 10 hrs is too long, 10 days is way too long. Do what you gotta do to protect yourself.

Thanks guys. Just started the dispute process. I will cancel it if I receive the heli within the dispute time frame.

Hey guys I have done transactions with this man and he as came thru both times for me!!!! I think he might have maybe a family issue or something going on... I hope you get your heli... He seemed like a stand up guy when I talked to him

Left the negative feedback.

It has been almost a month and no replies to any of my PMs or emails I sent to his email address.

In case seller has any clone accts on HF, vince862@hotmail.com is where I sent the Paypal payment to.
