Default Quick Uk Tail Or Original T-Rex 700E Tail With KDE Tail Upgrade V2?

I noticed i cant use the KDE Tail Upgrade V2 with the Quick Uk Tail, now i already have the KDE Performance Tail Control V2 assembly and id like to know if I'm better off using the original T-Rex 700E tail with the KDE Tail Upgrade V2 or is it better to use the Quick Uk Tail? Thanks

I guess that's up to you since the both accomplish the same thing. I just use the Quik UK tail on mine.

You might be better off using the Align V2 tail with the 0.1mm shim. The QUKs are nice...I used them on 3 700LEs and 1 700E. Right now I'm using Align plastic grips with the KDE upgrade. When they get sloppy I'm going to try the Align V2.

+1 Align V2
No need for plastic spacers like quick UK.
Hub is more robust.

What is the problem with using the KDE Performance Tail Control V2 together with the Quick UK tail rotor? I'm successfully using this combination and the only problem that had to be solved was the one described in this thread where the solution is also presented: https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=276966

What is the extra shim, and where does it go. Are we finding the V2 tail has problems?

I did purchase the KDE tail control arms upgrade. But ill have to go back to the stock parts. When mounting , the one arm is to tight.
And also noticed that there is play at blade grips, bearing play. Anyone with same experience ?
Newer used, still building.
