DS 760 Status light
Hi all can you help with a query.
I have a ds 760 that occasionally blinks for no reason flys great and no other effects soon as i move rudder stick blinking goe's regards dave |

Well, rudder input is signalled by the led flashing (short double blink). Maybe the Tx pot on your rudder stick is starting to show signs of wear and not centering properly at times, giving you a blinking gyro?
If it is down to a Tx pot, this may eventually manifest into the gyro not seeing centre at power up, resulting in the gyro failing to initialise (steady slow blink). Easy fix. Go into the configuration software and increase the rudder deadband slightly.

Not sure as to what value Dave, as I've not had to do it yet myself. I would presume you gradually increase it until the width covers any discrepancies in the pot- a % or two at a time.
