Default throttle servo

Im building a 700 and Im stuck on what to use for a throttle servo , I was told to get a servo that was fast this way it can keep-up with whatever the gov needs it to do. I just picked up a savox sc-1257tg speed is 0.07 and torque is 138 oz in I know the torque is over kill but I cant find a high speed servo with lower torque for the price of this servo. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on other servos . Ive had suggestions of using tail servos but I would assume frame rates would come into effect . let me know .

Thanks

Dar

Align 650 makes a good one. I know several people that swear by them. I am using an Align 620 for my Frenzy 50 and it seems to work well too.

Good lord, you don't need anything near that fast. Get something in the .15 range.

No matter how fast you yank that throttle arm back and forth an internal combustion engine can only respond so quickly to throttle changes

Also, your throttle servo is normally only working over 50% of the range, so it will be twice as fast over the limited distance.

Also, no need for a full sized servo, a mini works fine.

So...is there a recommended mini throttle servo that can run on an unregulated 2s lipo?

I have a hs 82mg on my 600 and its great , fast and the mechanical geometry is per fect . Iwould recommend the conversion to anyone . But on a 700 the throttle set-up is different and a mini cant be used.....unless someone knows of an adapter that can use a mini servo instead , I would do that in a heart beat. for now I have DS 620.
