Default r6303sb high speed or normal?

i have a couple of these rx's on some of my v-bar mini heli's.

i'm currently running on normal speed as this is what came as factory set but i'm wondering if i should be using the rx set to high speed?

if someone could explain the difference, i'd be grateful. i've read the manual but the high speed thing is about as clear as mud to me.

cheers

derek

High speed is for digital servos plugged directly into the receiver. It has no effect on the Sbus output.
