Default V911 Transmitter Problem

Hello, I purchased a WL Toys V911 Pro. The transmitter has the control sticks reversed from what they should be. The left stick stays centered and it controls left/right turn as well as forward/reverse movement. The right stick does not stay centered for the throttle control and it controls straifing left/right.

Hopefully that makes sense. My question is this: is it possible to switch the sticks without having to solder wires? Also, is this something that the manufacturer might swap out if it is not an easy fix?

I originally learned to fly a r/c heli with the Syma F3. I think it would be pretty difficult to relearn with the sticks reversed.

Thanks for any replies.

The problem is that you have gotten yourself a v911 with a mode 1 transmitter/controller.
Mode 1: Throttle and Yaw* on the right stick, F/B & L/R on the left stick.
Mode 2: Throttle and Yaw* on the LEFT stick, F/B & L/R on the RIGHT stick.
*Yaw is the L/R rotation on a fixed position (like a top)
Most people use mode 2 which was what your syma had, the v911 you got is mode 1, it can be very hard to relearn things, I suggest getting a mode 2 transmitter separately. You can try to mod it if you are good at soldering, here is a link to a guy that did a similar thing, I Warn you though,he is converting a mode 2 into mode 3 (similar to mode 1 but with the turning controls reversed) his instructions can confuse you and mess up your radio, ONLY USE AS A GUIDELINE)

About the stick not returning to centre, this is normal, it is to prevent your heli from flying off when letting go of the controls, This will be easy to get used to and this is what everyone eventually uses.
Good Luck
