Angry how to replace the blade grip's outer bearing?

After few crash with feathering shaft bent, the blade grip's outer bearing become notchy (the bearing on the side of the o ring on the blade grip , not the inner bearing inside the blade grip after all thrust bearing installed - sorry that I don't know how to call that bearing at all)

Should I use the heat gun to heat that bearing up and using flat screw driver to push from inside blade grip out to the other side?

Tks

Alittle notchy is fine, i dont change my bearings until they grind to a halt. Heat helps but it wouldnt be any easy job on the Pro grips.

I change mine out using a propane torch and it helps. most of the time it never needs any heat. just a little love from a hammer and a drift/punch
