Default "locked in" FBL systems

So far I'm relatively new to the whole FBL scene. I've got about 5 flights on a Beastx and 30-40 on a Vbar.

The vbar is currently blowing my mind. I feel I'm cheating when I fly the thing. Slow piros, sitting in all different orientations, casually hovering 3 inches off the ground for over 45 seconds without stressing in the least. It's amazing. Totally fills me with confidence.

Is this something I will get out of my beastx if I tune it a little? Are there any other systems that can give me this confidence? If vbar was cheaper I'd be putting one on all my heli's but the additional cost times 4 heli's is gonna cause me some pain.

Any opinions from people who have flown both?

How much tuning have you done to the beastx ? I have found most people don't even touch the pots from their default position. I personally much prefer the BX to the vbar but neither are by any means better than the other, just different.

Dominic is right that they are both great but different. Myself love the V-bar better, only did around 10 flights on my BX and changed it out for a V-bar, but then again I've been flying V-bar for 3 years now.

I'll be the first to admit I haven't spent alot of time trying to tune the Beastx. I just wanted to hear others opinions on whether or not I could even get it to that point before I spent too much time trying.

I'll read up and give it a shot.

What benefits have you found running these pot positions vs default? Why leave pot #3 centered?

My beastx will piro like on a stake and I don't even know what I'm doing. I'm sure there are better units but this is rock solid for me. In the wind it's amazing. I would have never flown in a 25mph wind before.

dominic, would those setting you showed also have anything to do with how you have any of the parameter settings adjusted ?
another question, as i just dont know any better, would those settings be more in tune with a better pilot ?
wouldnt those setting make the heli very responsive and maybe not ideal for someone who doesnt have a ton of experiance ?
just asking here cause i really wish i had someone to help me fine tune both of mine

The first pot is machine specific, 2nd pot is pilot specific and 3rd pot rarely ever has to be touched.
