Default MCPX throttle problem / no pitch SOLVED

I am having issues with my throttle. After I bind my heli has no throttle but has a pitch as I move the sticks. However, when I put the throttle hold on I lose the pitch. Has anyone had this issue? I figured it was a binding issue but after binding a few times the issue is still there.

So apparently with V2 you have to hold the throttle to the right as you bind. First time that I've had to do this. Is this only with V2?

I had to do it all the time on V2's when I owned a DX7.
