Default What are the tried and true ESC's and Motors folks are using with 3S 11.1v set ups?

Just placed my order for the new EZNOV Neuron FLB Controller. Thinking of putting her in a Tarot 450 PRO (I have enough spare parts that I think I can build the entire heli!). I plan on using TGY-306G Servos for the cyclics (not yet sure about a tail servo yet). All my batteries are 3S 11.1V... what are the popular "tried and true" motors and ESC's folks are using? Last time I was looking for ESC options, Hobby wing FlyFun-40A was a solid choice... Are the Hobbyking YEP 40A (2~6S) SBEC Brushless Speed Controllers any good? Any new ESC's that have become the "new standard"? What about motors? Not looking for "the ultimate"... just a really good quality one that won't break the bank. Thoughts?

I am using YEP 40A in my 6s 450 Pro. It works perfectly, no problem none so ever. I am using SK540 FBL controller along with HW rpm sensor for external governor. I am pretty sure that YEP 40A will handle 3s setup without any problem at all.

Same as YEP, bigger BEC as the 40a.
Using it on my 450pro, feeding KST Hv servos and minivbar, no brownouts.
Steady RPM
Great and solid ESC without breaking the wallet.
Hobby wing is a good ESC but you need to get the "card" that makes it $$$.
All my helis with YEP ESC.

Which one to get? (40-60a?)
Depends on your motor needs.

As per tail servo, the same as cyclic, KST or turnigy, but I'm eyeing this servo
