I decided to just email Bert and ask him.

his reply was that Goblin was 100% SAB management, and the design in his opinion was "awesome, very different". He says that the price and design will make it a boutique heli, but one "at the top" of that category.

So far, it appears that no one has asked the question directly, whether the same factory is used to produce both brands of machines (Outrage and SAB).

That would settle it.

I am not sure this is relevant anyway, as long as the SAB machines are of good quality, who cares where they are made?

Yes, they have asked, and SAB have stated that they are no made in the same factory.
