Default Receiver battery

Hey guys I need to replace my receiver battery for binding procedures. I had a spektrum that had 3 leads on it. I am looking at a cheap charger and battery pack for $15 off ebay. I don't meed fancy just need it to work once and a while when binding a new model during a build. Does the battery need a signal cable to plug into the receiver to be able to bind or does the receiver simply need a power source and ground? I know I need the bind plug but do I need a 3 wire plug or is 2 sufficient?

This is what I am looking at. I have a bind plug. Will this work for binding purposes?

Thanks

It only needs power and ground.2 leads.
That should work fine.
