That's your only option at this point to get the align head as it's not sold complete.

There are places that sell a complete fbl head for the 250, but for some strange reason its more expensive than ordering the parts and building the head yourself. Like Dr. Chopper said all the parts come up to 85 dollars but places like grand rc charges 99 bucks for a complete head minus the 3g unit http://grandrc.com/inc/sdetail/245987 |

Not sure about the Gaui but as far as I know you have three options:
1) Buy the Align parts and put your own head together 2) Use the FB head that comes stock on the SE and buy Mikado's conversion (ReadyHeli.com) 3) MicroHeli.com makes a FBL head for the 250. Drawback here is that the spindle shafts are not the same size as stock and they are more expensive. The entire head is only $40, though.

Freakware makes the Beastx/head combo's them selves. they take the 3g out of a 3g+head set, sell te 3g's for 90 euro's, and than add a beastx to the head assembly, and than they sell these kits.

I have the MH fbl head for my 250,for some reason I couldn't get he aligns to work good with the sk720. The one problem about the MH head is that they use soft aluminum ,so be careful on your light crashes

hate to revive older threads.. but.
with the MH FBL head, it doesn't seem to come with the servo arms. Which ones did you use for the MH setup? did you purchase them separately?
The Align FBL head seem to include the ball linkages and arms (according to their pictures) but not the MH one.

Hi Celm, I just got the MH head but haven't installed it yet (till my align head breaks)
Question on the links. The instruction says something like 19mm.. (don't remember) for the rod measurement between ball links. It looks like it's way too long for the blade grips. I wasn't too sure about this which is one more reason why I haven't used it. What's your measurement for your links and did you use the innermost hole on the blade grips?

cant really go by that ,you have to set the linkage that the blades are at 0 deg at 50% stick
