How many watts does this beast output? Don't see it in the specs.

A beast it is.
Kontronik doesn't do wattage ratings for their motors.
But as a point of reference, I ran the Scorpion 4530-450 and this Pyro 850-40 both on the same 14s packs in my Goblin 770 with a Kosmik 200 and I found the Pyro pulled harder and definately ran cooler for the same headspeeds and geared appropriately.
The Scorpion is rated at 5400W

Motor is still available and in excellent condition.

few notes from some inquiries:

Motor has 8mm shaft, 34mm long so ideal for Goblin 700 or 770, other helis that take an 8mm shaft

$320 OBO

Are these shaft replaceable ?

I'd be looking at going back to the stock length for a logo XX series.

The shaft is easy enough to replace, the problem is they don't sell them and want to do it themselves either in Germany or in the USA.
Greg Anderson does it in the U.S. in Indiana.

Was your goblin setup for 12s or 14s ?
I'm seriously considering it but definitely like to stay with 12s.

Mark, I ran it on 14s it's 400kV
On 12s it wiuld depend on the gearing of the Heli as to what the max rpm you could reach would be. What Heli would you put it on?
I also have a new set of 14s cells I just got a few weeks ago after I damaged one pack from my other set.

Do you know the difference between the 850-50L and the 850-40L.

Sorry, I'm not really looking to sell the packs on their own, just offered them since Coolheli was interested in the motor and concerned about running 14s

Not to derail the thread, but the much cheaper scorpion shafts fit perfectly and you can do it yourself quite easily. I have this motor. And have it with the scorp shaft installed. Pm me for details if you need?
The real genius is they may be the most efficient motor in their class ever made. But for sheer power, my gen 3 kde blows it away. I currently have mine installed on my 800 Triabolo, but run it on 14s.

I hope someone picks up this motor! Good luck with this sale
