if I'm remembering correctly you need to make adjustments to either A) the servo horns either move the ball in or out, B) make the ball links on the swash longer or shorter.

In your case you need to make the swash balls shorter or move the ball links more towards center on the servo horn if I'm understanding you correctly and remembering the beastX correct, The beastX needs to move the servo arm a certain amount to be ideal. You cant get to that certain point(blue light) without binding. So to be able to get to this certain point (or blue light if you will) you need to move the ball link in one spot closer to the center of the servo horn. This should increase the available throw.

I hope this makes sense, basically the beastX needs to move the servo horn say 30 degrees to be Ideal, But by the time your servo moves 30 degrees its binding. So move that ball link in a little and you should be good because with it moved in closer now your servo horn has to move 30 degrees to have the same effect on the swash as when it was out further and only being able to move say 20 degrees before binding.

I hope this helps!

P.S. All numbers like degrees used in this post were just to paint a picture and by no means are they actual numbers you should have, I was just trying to explain the situation!
