Might be a stupid question but, how you know the blade delam-ed in flight vs. on impact with the ground? I've never seen this happen in flight before. Course, I'd never seen a spindle bolt break until it happened to my heli.... lol

Was it a complete split, from LE to TE / Root to tip, or just one edge?

Maybe you just got a bad set.

I love my Radix blades, I think even the "Cosmetically Flawed" ones are better than Align

I see the original post was edited. I was hoping to see a pic of the blades in question, but I guess not.

I guess the question now is, what do you mean by track record? If your looking for a fan favorite, you could pick just about any blade on the market, and someone will tell you its the best thing since sliced bread. Flys itself.......

Pick a blade, Fly it. If you don't like the way it fly's, try something else.

Align, RotorTech, MAH, SAB. It's kind of like asking what my needle settings are on my engine. Works great for me, maybe not for others.

Did you like the way that the Align's flew? If so, I'd try them again. Or, get some Radix, Edge, RotorTechs, MAH, SAB. Whatever!

They all have a poor track record when your heli meets the ground - no matter the cause.
