This is the smallest heli I could fit a real FBL controller on.
This is part of a transition.
I will be officially DSMX free and micro free.

All my helis will now be running Jeti recievers, Skookum controllers and Kontroniks ESC's.

There is nothing about a 300X to be jealous of. If I didn't need a heli to fly in my back yard I would never have built something this small.

At the airfield I can practice all day long on my E5 and TDR using their SK-GPS's, but I just dont' get out to the airfield enough.

Since I fly from home the majority of the time I justified building the smallest thing I could with quailty components so it would fly like my other helis.

If the BE had been available, I would have gotten one and passed down an SK-720, but it wasn't so I didn't wait.

As it is I will probably wait off until Fall to get a BE unless I get the itch to build something new.

Mark. Gaui X2 is the same size and makes the blade 300 look silly. Also comes with bling as standard.

I looked at the X2 and it seemed like it had some problems and it was unlikely that Gaui was going to address them. Also it has a straight cut main gear and no helical upgrade.

The X3 looks like it has a better design.

The Blade 300X kit is a POS. I purchased all my parts individually which is not a very cost effective proposition. However this is a means to an end.
