Exclamation Too long battery wires will kill ESCs over time! Extend motor wires instead

All ESC manufacturers say the same, extend motor wires, not battery wires. If you have to extend the battery wires, install extra input capacitors.

I updated it with more info and diy capacitor bank pictures:
Too long battery wires will kill ESC over time: precautions, solutions & workarounds - RCG

... therefore, lengthen the motor wires if possible, not the battery wires.

No problem, apart from voltage losses of course. But you'd get voltage losses as well when extending battery wires.
