Default Help

Had a crash here about a week ago due to my elevator servo failing during mid flight. Pretty much destroyed everything from front of tail boom back. Well ordered new parts and got everything back together. Have a prob though after running for awhile on ground the tail rotor blade will sling off and the tail output shaft will be bent. The shaft was brand new becuase other was bent. Does anyone have any advise to share with me to find out why this is happening.

Did you lose just the tail blade or the whole grip? I could see bending the shaft due to the severe out of balance condition that would result from losing part of the tail. The fact that it came apart seems to inidcate that you had some damaged parts that didn't get replaced after the crash. A quick picture might be helpful.

I think you are right I went back into it last night and discovered that my front tail pulley shaft was bent and did not relize it. It also ate up my new pulley that I had to replace at front so I just completly ordered and new parts that has anything to do with the tail and hopefully that will take care of it. I did notice it was vibrating a lil to much so your prob right. To answer your question the first time the blade just came off the second time the blade grip broke. Thanks for your help. Hopefully in a about a week this will be good to go again.
