Default whats up with my pitch?

Trying to get my 500 up and running, got the beast x setup. when i went into my pitch curves on normal mode i dialed in -2 degrees, then i moved on to the others, and noticed that my pitches are all wrong.

meaning then when i dial in + pitch in the Tx my heli is giving me - pitch.
I just switched to the DX7 from the Dx6i, so i am not used to setting up the dx7. is it someting i missed in the beast setup or is it in the Tx?

thanks guys.

First off use a full pitch curve when doing the setup. Use a full 0-25-50-75-100 pitch curve. Then when you are in normal mode use a limited curve to get the 'normal' curve...something like a 35-42.5-50-75-100.

Next...if the collective is going backwards check two things. First since it is a FBL head you should have the link connected to the leading edge on the grips. Next if it is backwards(swash moves down with up collective stick) then reverse the pitch servo in the radio.

It can also depend on other things. Check the beast's compensation for cyclic movements, you might need to reverse the direction in the beast setup menu I, maybe even in M instead of the radio. To be honest I did not have to change the directions in the radio, could do it all on the beast itself.
