Default Canomod Canopies - How good?

Hi
After the mishap with the so called quality scale Air wolf I`m still looking for a top notch prepainted scale fuselage.
I see Canomod have just released a scale Jet Ranger.
For those who have a Canomod canopy.....how good are they?
I doubt whether there are any Jet Rangers about yet but I`m looking for some detailed photos if possible of whats out there and some serious criticism if any is needed.

I've got a Canomod canopy on my bird....(see a pic in my profile) and I think it's gorgeous. I must admit that it's so good looking I rarely ever fly with it on....It's more of something to wear when company is over.....

I really like mine. These pics don't really do it justice. Very nice quality.

Mine is thick fiberglass. It seems pretty durable but I'm glad I haven't tested that yet. Its thicker than a stock plastic canopy and clears the servo arms much better.

Mine seems pretty durable as well....it's much more rigid than the stock canopy. That being said, whereas the stock canopy can flex a bit during a crash, this one would probably shatter into a billion pieces. I've actually had a couple of crashes where the $9.99 "carbon-look" canopy I use for daily flying got destroyed in a nose-first impact, but saved my li-po and ESC.

Bottom line, my Canomod is strictly for posing....like 99% of the other parts on my SE....

Glenn...I live in Suffolk, but I get all my stuff from the U.S. I got my canopy from HeliDirect for $64.99.

I got mine as a gift and it is gorgeous, but I use it as a show canopy too. I'd really hate to see it ruined.
